Our Vision
Our vision is to help businesses succeed by identifying and leveraging the talent of their people. To achieve this we bring our unique strength of applying tailored HR solutions in an insightful, rigorous and commercially relevant manner. We work in partnership with our clients and establish informal yet professional relationships which allow us to tailor our interventions to meet client's individual business needs and strategic objectives.

Feel free to talk to one of the Eureka team about your current or future needs – you'll find our approach is different to other consultancies in that we won't try and sell you something you don't want or need – we'll ask you key questions that help you get to the root cause of things, and we'll work with you in partnership to help accelerate the process of getting to where you, your team or your organisation want to be.

In addition to our multinational client base, we also work in close partnership with smaller organisations, the public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

comments from our clients
"The consultant has a tremendous knowledge in the HR area, both from the core HR functions needed to support the business, as well as understanding the key success factors in developing the people (i.e. the company's future leaders).
What differentiates her from other HR professionals is the pro-active approach in recommending strategies and actions that could be used.  She's always thinking ahead and that's the sign of a good 'HR Partner'."

Our approach to learning at Eureka HR Solutions is unique. We're passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on our energetic, innovative, client-focused approach.

Because no two businesses are the same Eureka HR Solutions won't provide you with an 'off the shelf' training solution. This is where we differ from the large corporate training providers. We don’t believe this works. All our training solutions are based on best practice but specifically tailored to your business needs. That's why our clients find our training solutions not only practical but highly effective and excellent value for money.

We come to you to deliver your tailored training programme. Groups of up to 16 can be trained on site making this an excellent cost-effective option for organisations looking to develop groups of staff. If you don’t have the appropriate on-site training facilities we can help you find the perfect training venue.

Tailored Programmes
You select a programme that interests you from our menu of courses and we talk to you about course content, length, and emphasis to ensure it’s tailored to your business needs. We then work with you to incorporate case studies and practical exercises that are built around real issues in your business. We also ensure that any relevant company policies and procedures are introduced in to the programme.

Bespoke Programmes
We work with our client using a variety of methodologies to establish the real training need. This ensures that any training solution is specifically developed in line with business needs. A bespoke programme(s) are then developed in partnership with the client and delivered in a means that specifically fits your needs. For example we can deliver a modular programme over a period of time that works for you business and your people.

Our approach to bespoke programmes:

All our programmes are supported by a set of comprehensive course materials including a course manual, PowerPoint presentation slides, case studies and exercises. All delegates will receive a certificate on the day of the course confirming attendance.

The recognition that your staff deserve
Investment in employees is essential if you are to improve business results. Education and development for every employee are critical to help achieve improved customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and better company performance. Why not demonstrate your commitment by pledging to invest a minimum of 30 hours per person per year as a development goal.

The Individual Training Passport works on a point collection system. For every two hours an employee commits to attending a training event linked to their specific development needs they receive a stamp in their passport. The aim is to demonstrate a commitment to a minimum of 30 hours development per year.

A completed Individual Training Passport allows you the ability to either pursue standard accreditation from a professional body or demonstrate successful completion of an organisation's own leadership development programme.

In today's ever changing world, skills acquisition is more important than ever. Your staff have to be able to demonstrate competence across a very broad range of skills, and often they feel that they do not receive the recognition they deserve for the skills acquisition that they work extremely hard to achieve. The Individual Training Passport is not only a way of measuring an individual’s skills level, but is also a way of recognising their achievement in mastering the skills.

Is your training hitting the mark and delivering real business benefit? Eureka HR Solutions is helping our clients gain competitive advantage through the effective use of their Human Resources.

Let us help you to assess your organisation’s training requirements and present our recommendations. Our Training Needs Analysis report will enable you to align the skills currently available in your organisation and/or department with those required to meet your business objectives. The report will also help you to diagnose when training will solve certain problems and issues and when alternative interventions might be needed.

Our proposition to you:

  • Stage 1: Initial investigation – scoping your training needs study. Preparation and agreement of an investigation for the identification of current and future training needs.
  • Stage 2: Preparation and agreement of an investigation plan for the identification of current and future training needs at organisation, departmental or workgroup level.
  • Stage 3: Selection of appropriate information gathering methods so that training needs are reliably identified within any time and cost constraints facing your business.
  • Stage 4: Analysis of the information and data to identify needs and determine priorities.
  • Stage 5: Development and production of an outline plan to show the proposed training solution.
  • Stage 6: Informal and formal reaction via a written report collated and presented to seek approval for the recommendations.

The scope of our study could concentrate on one or all of the following areas:

  • Employment Law
  • Health and Safety
  • Management Soft Skills

Eureka HR Solutions have a successful track record of providing specialist training in all the above areas.

Evaluation is a critical part of the training process and yet often neglected. Eureka HR Solutions can support clients in providing a systematic and structured approach to training evaluation. We use a range of methods to suit different needs and requirements.

We work with clients to evaluate not only the reaction to the training but more importantly we encourage clients to ensure that the learning has transferred to the workplace and has made a difference to the bottom line.

You can select one of four levels of evaluation:

  • Level 1: Evaluate Reaction
  • Level 2: Evaluate Learning
  • Level 3: Evaluate Behaviour
  • Level 4: Evaluate Results

Level 1 – Reaction

Level 1 is designed to test how favourably participants react to the training ('customer satisfaction'). A delegate evaluation form is used to collect reactions to the facilitator, course content, course materials, method of delivery, media, training style and learning environment. Level 1 is a complimentary service provided as standard after each training course delivery.

Level 2 – Learning

A range of methods can be used to assess delegate's learning, i.e. knowledge, skills and attitudes, before and after the course. Most commonly a delegate and their manager will work together to complete a pre-course evaluation of knowledge, skills and attitudes and this will be followed up with post course evaluation at regular agreed intervals typically at one, three, six and twelve months after the course.

Level 3 – Behaviour

Level 3 is designed to ensure that the learning has transferred to the workplace. A simple but highly effective measure of ensuring learning has transferred to the workplace is through the performance and development process i.e. measure of performance objectives. 360˚ feedback is another effective means of measuring changes in behaviour.

Level 4 – Results

Definition of results is dependent upon the goals of the training programme which will have been clearly defined and agreed through the process of conducting a Training Needs Analysis prior to the delivery of the training event. A detailed report is presented to the client providing statistical data on the bottom line results of the training programme. Supporting evidence will be provided based on detailed research conducted at each level of the evaluation process.

Benefits:
Executive coaching provides the executive client with a confidential, personalised, safe and supportive environment outside the pressures of business delivery and role requirements within which areas for development are identified, acknowledged and explored. This is beneficial not only in that it enables individual talent to reach full potential but also because it prevents eventual adverse impact on personal, team and business performance.

Prerequisites:
Both the sponsor (i.e. organisation, if the case) and the coaching recipient (i.e. executive client) should opt for the coaching programme in a spirit of agreement with an understanding that it benefits both parties and is undertaken without reservation or disagreement.

Executive coaching types:

  • Performance coaching: enabling the executive client to fully utilise potential by enhancing and combining both technical and soft skills.
  • Transformation coaching: supports the executive client to identify and establish the best combinations of skills (technical and soft) in relation with a new role, into which they moved on the bases of strong transferable skills and where specific industry culture and knowledge may be lacking or different from their previous experiences.
  • Transitional coaching: supports the individual executive throughout the settling in period, into a new role where likely challenges such as increased complexity, responsibility, visibility and possible related stress are constructively and successfully managed.

Coaching programmes:
Short programme: 6 weeks, with two hours weekly session.
Long coaching programme: 3 months or more, two hours weekly session.
